Practice and Tournament

Kendo practice will continue during exam week. we will be in the studio room or theater room, please remember to bring your boken for kata practice.

The U of T tournament will be Saturday, June 5th 2010. Please make sure you are CKF registered for entering:

TIME

  • Registration 9:00AM
  • Tournament 10:00AM - 6:00PM

 

LOCATION

  • U of T Athletic Centre, Sports Gym, 55 Harbord Street

(southeast corner of Harbord & Spadina)

  • See map below

 

COST

  • $30 CAD / $30 USD in advance
  • Lunch will be provided

 

PARKING

  • Underground parking is available in the Graduate House residence
  • $5.00 flat rate all day
  • Northeast corner of Harbord & Spadina, entrance on Glen Morris

Deadline is Sunday, May 16th

Tuesday Practices Cancelled for the month of August

Please note that Tuesday practices will be cancelled during the Month of August and will not resume until September. All Saturday practices will continue during our regular 12:00pm - 2:00pm time slot.

August 8th Practice Cancelled

There will be no practice on August 8th, 2009. Kendoka's are encouraged to attend the Etobicoke Seminar on that day. For more information please go to Etobicoke Iaido/Kendo Clubs website located in the links section.

Practices will resume on Tuesday August 11th.
